Patchworks joins the MACH Alliance

Ecommerce integration platform as a service (iPaaS), Patchworks, has joined the MACH Alliance as an ISV (Independent Software Vendor) member.  As an ISV, Patchworks represents innovative, best-of-breed technology platforms and already works with a number of vendors and agencies in the MACH space with both international and enterprise level customers.

A MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native SaaS and Headless) architecture gives companies a greater degree of agility, allowing them to deliver new features to customers at speed. As organisations grow and adapt on their eCommerce journeys, they need an iPaaS that, by definition, is composable and can grow and scale alongside them.

Patchworks’ cloud-native, microservice iPaaS, hosted on Amazon Web Services, connects systems though a low-code / no-code dashboard with an outstanding user experience that connects any systems with APIs, utilising pre-built connectors, a connector builder and drag and drop workflows. By joining the MACH Alliance, Patchworks is officially part of the group of independent tech companies dedicated to advocating for open, best-of -breed technology ecosystems.

Jim Herbert, CEO of Patchworks (pictured above) said: “Joining the MACH Alliance underscores our product’s alignment with the core principles of modern architecture and solidifies our position as the perfect choice for businesses seeking a best-of-breed composable integration platform.

“We firmly believe that by embracing MACH principles, businesses can unlock the full potential of digital transformation, ensuring they stay ahead in an increasingly competitive landscape. Using Patchworks, they can accelerate, streamline and grow their retail operations.”

Conor Barr, Chief Product Officer at Patchworks said: “As companies aim to future-proof and scale their operations, modern architecture principles are essential for achieving seamless integrations, all aligned with the goals of composable commerce. The MACH principles unlock the necessary tools for navigating this rapidly evolving landscape. Our iPaaS empowers businesses to break free from traditional, monolithic approaches to integration and embrace the agility, scalability, and adaptability that MACH principles bring.

“With Patchwork as your iPaaS provider it means choosing a partner that embraces the true essence of composable architecture. As companies grow and adapt on this journey, they need an iPaaS that, by definition, is composable and can grow and scale alongside them.”

Casper Ramussen, MACH Alliance President, said: “It’s great to see Patchworks’ ambition driving forward the work of the Alliance and offering businesses the opportunity to embrace the capabilities inherent with MACH technologies for the best future digital experiences. Building a strong MACH community has always been a key focus for us and is critical to the success of MACH across all industries.”

All members of the MACH Alliance meet a stringent set of certification standards. To become an Alliance member and carry the MACH Certified seal, a company must be in full compliance.
