JibJab Launches Starring You Books by JibJab

JibJab, a personalized social expression content provider through digital e-cards, is launching ‘Starring You’ Books by JibJab, where gift recipients are the star of the story. The new hardcover books offer customers the opportunity to create personalized stories within a book of their own making.

“For the past two decades, JibJab has expertly used humor and laughter to create memorable moments for billions of people, along the way transforming the digital entertainment landscape with our high-quality personalized content,” said JibJab CEO Paul Hanges. “Starring You Books is the next chapter in our story and combines the best of both worlds, bringing our timeless and nostalgic digital brand aesthetic to the physical world for the first time. We are excited about this new opportunity to connect with and bring happiness to billions of people all over the world.”

Starring You Books currently offers a variety of different book covers, with options including “The Magical Story of YOU,” “A Journey Around the Sun,” and “I Love You, a Birthday Story.” Within each book, creators can choose from over 100 custom pages, including several hobby and activity themes to match the gift recipient’s own lifestyle where their own “selfie” becomes the star of the show. Themes range from shopping, sports and reading to travel, food and photography.

“JibJab prides itself on high-quality content that can stand the test of time, which has been the reason for our longevity and passionate customer base,” said JibJab Chief Creative Officer Mauro Gatti. “We’ve taken the same attention to detail when building Starring You Books; from the page artwork and creative designs for the cover of the book to the glossy pages it is printed on, we have made it our mission to deliver happiness to every book recipient.”
